A personal note towards the future of the American spirit of independence, I hope and pray that the generation that put Man and on the Moon will awaken and lead all of us to the blessings of peace and the can do mindset that through openly challenging the innovative spirit of Americans we can together devise and implement a means to ensure the necessary electrical power we depend upon is derived through means that do not pollute the environment, yet provide clean, renewable, sustainable, safe electrical power for our children and theirs.

High School Graduate of 1974, and afterwards worked for the Pillsbury Co. in the Midwest U.S.A. building grain elevator facilities. Later employed by Union Carbide Corp., followed by a hitch in the U.S. Army (thankfully post Vietnam). Began work in the construction industry as an Electrician Apprentice and moved up through the ranks to become a licensed electrical contractor in 1995 . A proud son of a retired United States Air Force NCO who served over 20 years of difficult service during troubling times with honor and pride. Since his services to our country as a Mechanical Jet Technician in the United States Air Force ended in 1969, Nick has been completing commercial and residential construction projects throughout the United States. Mr. Ferraioli's technical background, along with his formal training at Philadelphia Technical Institute, in Refrigeration, Heating, Air Conditioning, Mechanical Systems Engineering, and Installations, enhances his ability to serve both commercial and residential clients in a broad capacity

In 1987, Nick started Titan Associates, a general contracting, and design building firm. The company evolved into construction management and real estate development. Since that time, Titan Associates has designed, built, and developed numerous local and national projects.

Over the last 35 years Nick has built a network of high quality subcontractors in a vast array of trade disciplines. His Director of Operations position at a national commercial building maintenance company gave him the opportunity to work and negotiate various scopes of work with subcontractors on a national basis. His sincere dedication to both customer satisfaction and craftsmanship has enabled him to manage and complete projects successfully anywhere within specified time constraints and within budgets. Titan Associates has set a standard of excellence and craftsmanship for all projects.

In 2006 Nick and David formed Suncoast Solar Power. A multifaceted renewable energy, sustainable energy, and safe, green energy design, sales, and installation provider in the Tampa Bay and the Philadelphia, PA regions.
